Terms and Guidelines
Reserve a Puppy
- Down Payment: A non-refundable down payment fee of $75.00 is required to reserve a puppy. The down payment fee will be deducted from the sale price of the puppy when the sale is completed.
- Duplicate Reservations: In the event that more than one person reserves the same puppy, the puppy will be sold to the person who first submits the down payment. Other interested buyer(s) will have the option to choose another puppy or receive a 100% refund of the down payment.
Guarantees
- Health Guarantee: Unless otherwise specified, all puppies come with a health guarantee and updated vaccinations.
- Re-Homing Guarantee: If for any reason you cannot keep your puppy/dog and/or you cannot find a suitable home, you may return it to us and we will place it for adoption into a new home. There is no fee or refund for re-homing our dogs.
Payments
- Payment Options: We accept the following types of payments:
- Cash (Do NOT send cash in the mail.)
- Cashier's Check or Money Order
- Credit Card – Call Diane at 717-445-0020 to make a payment. We accept Mastercard, VISA and Discover Card.
- Payments by Mail: If you opt to make a down payment by mail, the puppy will not be officially reserved until the payment has been received. Mail your payment to:

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us! We will not use your information for any purpose other than to contact you regarding your purchase and to process your payment and complete the sale. We will NOT sell or share your information with third parties.
